With all the uncertainties occurring this year, it’s essential to maintain a high energy vibration—for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, as well as to support others. Here are a few tips to help you do just that.

Ground and Center Yourself Daily

The bare minimum is to ground and center yourself at least once a day. This helps bring you into the present moment rather than spiraling into anxious thoughts. It also protects you from absorbing other people’s low vibrations.

Visualize Protective Light

Once grounded and centered, visualize yourself surrounded by a semi-permeable cocoon of white and golden light. This adds another layer of protection and is especially helpful if you’ll be around people who are in a lower energetic state. The light allows you to stay connected without absorbing their emotions or energy. If you’re highly sensitive and find yourself taking on others’ emotions, this technique can be a game changer.

Raise Your Vibration Regularly

A powerful way to raise your frequency is by doing the Hara alignment meditation (from the Level 3 Healing Touch class). Another excellent option is the High Frequency Shift from Awakening Healing Axis (AHA).

To learn the Basic High Frequency Shift for free:

Visit AHA’s homepage.

Scroll to the “Why Raise Your Frequency” section, paragraph 3.

Follow the link for a free 30-minute course and accompanying audio.

I highly recommend doing one of these three meditations at least twice a week, ideally daily. If you’re doing one regularly, you’re already grounding and centering yourself.

Personally, I’ve found the High Frequency Shift to be the most beneficial for me. I do it 4–6 times a week. When I skip a few days, I notice I become irritable, drained, or unmotivated. That said, something is always better than nothing—even a quick chakra connection can bring noticeable benefits.

Receive Energy Work

Get energy work from another practitioner at least monthly—and more often when possible. I’ve been exchanging monthly Healing Touch sessions with my friend and fellow practitioner, Jeri Lawson, for several years. Since May, we’ve both found that receiving treatments two or more times a month helps us stay balanced in body, mind, and spirit during these chaotic times.

I encourage you to connect with classmates, Healing Touch friends, or other energy practitioners and receive regular treatments. This helps clear congestion from your energy field, making it easier to raise your vibration.

Limit Media Exposure

Limit how much time you spend watching the news or political commentary. It’s easy to go down a rabbit hole and feel overwhelmed. Some people find that restricting news intake to 30–60 minutes a day helps them stay grounded. Others benefit more from taking complete news breaks for a few days.

Find what works best for you—and stick with it.

Practice Gratitude Daily

Find things to be grateful for—no matter what. Gratitude isn’t about pretending everything is fine or ignoring real challenges. It’s about choosing where to place your focus.

Yes, pain, injustice, and suffering exist. But when we focus on life’s gifts, we tap into a sense of well-being. Gratitude increases our energy, gives us strength, and often inspires us to support others in meaningful ways.

Final Thoughts

I hope you found at least one of these tips helpful. I’d love to hear which ones resonated with you. Which practices are already part of your routine, and which ones would you like to try?

In my early years as a nurse, the prevalence of hospices was not as widespread, necessitating hospitals to often shoulder the responsibility of caring for individuals at the end of life. I often wished I could provide more than just medication and listening to alleviate the suffering of patients and their families during this transition. The fear of the unknown, sometimes restlessness and agitation, and the overwhelming grief were palpable, and I longed for a holistic approach to address their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Fortunately, I found a way; unfortunately, it was 30 years later.

In 2008, I discovered Healing Touch, an energy therapy that allowed me to provide comprehensive, holistic support to patients and families. I have worked with numerous families and observed various transformations – a profound sense of calm and peace for all parties navigating the challenging realm of end-of-life care. Some patients, reluctant to be constantly medicated, found Healing Touch decreased their pain so they could spend quality time with loved ones. Others, suffering from agitation and restlessness, sometimes even in their sleep, experienced tranquility.

The profound impact of Healing Touch is illustrated in these two client stories. A close friend’s father, in his final week of life, experienced hallucinations and agitation. Even in his sleep, he would be grabbing at things, and his feet would be moving. Administering a Healing Touch technique called the Chakra Spread, I watched as his body, once in perpetual motion, eased into a state of stillness and peace. He slept peacefully for over an hour and was calm when he awoke. This state of calm remained for several hours. Every time I gave him a treatment, the results were the same, which offered comfort to both the patient and his family.

Another client contending with widespread cancer expressed a fear of dying and the unknown. He was not sleeping well and chose to use pain medication sparingly because he was afraid he might not wake up. Utilizing a combination of techniques, including Chakra Spread and pain management strategies, he underwent a transformative journey. Gradually, his fear subsided, allowing him to embrace moments of joy, connect with loved ones, and manage his pain more effectively. With assistance, he even went to another family member’s home for a change of scenery for a day. Ultimately, he transitioned peacefully at home,

To those actively caring for individuals in hospice care, whether as professionals, volunteers, or dedicated family caregivers, I extend an invitation to explore the transformative power of Healing Touch. Enrolling in a Healing Touch Level 1 class can equip you with invaluable techniques that address the whole person – body, mind and spirit, and enhance the quality of care provided during this delicate phase of life. Click here to learn about upcoming Level 1 classes.

When we become injured or ill, we often focus solely on alleviating physical symptoms while neglecting the intricate connection between our bodies, emotions, and minds. However, ancient wisdom and emerging research highlight the undeniable interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and mental healing.

Emotional Healing

Emotions serve as messengers that communicate valuable information about our experiences, needs, and desires. Illness, physical pain (acute and chronic), and injury all have emotional components that need to be addressed to heal. Suppose you are injured in a car accident, such as fractured bones or other injuries. In that case, you might experience anger at the other driver, become fearful that another accident could happen at any time, or become anxious that your injury will not heal well. Ignoring or suppressing your emotions can have detrimental effects on your physical healing.

Conversely, embracing and processing your feelings can lead to emotional healing, positively impacting your physical recovery and overall well-being. I was working with a client that had recently completed chemo and radiation treatments. On the day of one of our sessions, she was in a car accident that was not her fault. She experienced pain in her shoulders and low back. She shared that when she was a child, she felt helpless and trapped in the car with her Dad, who was a crazy driver. These feelings had been stuffed down but now came back to the surface, and she felt anxious and vulnerable in the world. After 4 healing touch sessions plus her doing energy work and journaling at home, these emotions cleared, and the pain created by the car accident resolved. In addition, the sensitivity she had experienced in her right arm and chest due to cancer treatments had also improved!

Mental Healing

Research consistently demonstrates the powerful influence of positive thinking, optimism, and a resilient mindset on physical healing. Maintaining a positive mental outlook can enhance the body’s natural healing processes, improve immune function, and speed up recovery. On the other hand, persistent negative thoughts, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs can hinder the healing process, impede treatment outcomes, and even exacerbate physical symptoms.

I worked with a client that came to me for back pain that she felt had an emotional component. She had experienced some physical and emotional abuse as a child. She had worked with a therapist and experienced other modalities in the past. Over time we discovered a pattern regarding physical symptoms and her emotional and mental states. The pattern we discovered was that she experienced physical pain in her left hip, back and sometimes neck when new or old emotional issues bubbled up regarding her immediate family or boyfriend. When stressed at work or school, she experiences bloating and digestive problems. She learned how to process her feelings by using essential oils, healing touch, acupuncture, and other therapies as needed. She developed a self-care program and modified it as necessary to improve her physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being.

How to Promote Holistic Healing

To truly promote healing and wellness, it is vital to adopt a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of our being. Taking time for self-care on all 3 levels is one way of achieving that. Eating nutritious food, exercising, and getting enough sleep are lovely for the physical body. Mindfulness, yoga, walking or seated meditation, and gardening can help quiet the mind. Socializing with friends, doing HT on yourself, doing something creative (playing music, sculpting, writing, dancing), and using essential oils are just a few ways to help balance your emotional state.

I strongly suggest you do something for yourself daily to help calm your body, mind, and spirit. You will feel a difference in your being.

By nurturing and supporting all aspects of your being, you pave the way for true healing, growth, and a more vibrant and fulfilling life. Remember, you are an interconnected being, and the path to holistic wellness lies in embracing and nurturing every facet of your being.

Pure spiritual love is life’s most powerful healer. Whether you desire to heal yourself or others, coming from a space of unconditional love allows you to raise your vibration and assist the body to self-heal. To experience a harmonious and fulfilling life, keeping our heart chakra clear and balanced is crucial. In this blog, we will explore the heart chakra, its significance, and practical ways to maintain its openness and balance.

Understanding the Heart Chakra: The heart chakra, also known as Anahata in Sanskrit, is the fourth chakra in the traditional Indian chakra system. This chakra relates to compassion, love of self and others, giving and receiving love, forgiveness and understanding. Here is where all aspects of our self become integrated through unconditional love. It is situated at the center of our chest, and the corresponding color is green. In the realm of energy centers within our body, the heart chakra holds a special place as the bridge between the lower and upper chakras. It acts as a powerful center for exchanging energy, connecting the 3 physical chakras (root, sacral & solar plexus) with our 3 spiritual chakras (throat, brow & crown).

When our heart chakra is balanced, we accept ourselves even though we are not perfect. We experience profound love, empathy, and connection with ourselves, others and the world around us.

Signs of a Compromised Heart Chakra: An imbalanced heart chakra can manifest in various ways, including feelings of isolation, guilt, anger, fear of intimacy, possessiveness and an inability to forgive. Physical symptoms may include high blood pressure, asthma, heart, lung or circulatory problems, and auto-immune issues. Recognizing these signs allows us to take steps toward restoring balance and vitality.

Practical Techniques to Clear and Balance the Heart Chakra:

Say Affirmations to reprogram your subconscious mind, reinforcing positive beliefs. – I give and receive love unconditionally. I love and accept myself. My heart is full of love and compassion. I am trusting, grateful and able to forgive myself and others.

Healing Touch Hands Still Technique – After grounding and centering yourself, place your hand(s) on your heart. Envision energy coming up from the Earth into your heart and energy from the heavens through the top of your head into your heart. See the two energies blending in your heart. Now imagine this energy going up your spine, into both shoulders, down both arms to your hands and into your heart. You are receiving beautiful energy and sending it to yourself. After several breaths or minutes, remove your hand(s) and notice how you feel.

Color therapy – Green is the dominant color of this chakra. Wear emerald or deep green, or place something with those colors in your home. Pink is the complementary color, so you can wear that as well.

Essential Oils – Rose, Geranium, Jasmine or Goldenrod- are oils you can smell or apply topically to the chest or neck to promote heart chakra clearing and balancing.

Practice Gratitude and Forgiveness – Cultivate gratitude by acknowledging the blessings in your life. Expressing gratitude opens your heart to love and appreciation. Similarly, practicing forgiveness frees you from emotional baggage and allows love to flow more effortlessly.

Crystals- Emerald, green aventurine, tourmaline, or jade. Rose quartz and pink tourmaline also help this chakra come into balance. Carry one on your person, put it by your bed at night, or meditate with one or all of the above!

Sound – Listen to or play romantic or joyful music or a singing bowl with the F note. I recently purchased a bowl and play it in the morning and at bedtime. It allows me to start and finish my day with peace, gratitude and love for myself and others.

Conclusion: We can foster balance and flow within our heart chakra by adopting practical techniques. Nurturing this energy center allows us to experience deep connections, embrace love, and radiate compassion towards others and ourselves. Let us embark on this beautiful journey of heart chakra healing, enabling us to live a life filled with love and authenticity.

Hawaii is a special, healing place for me and my husband and each time we visit I get a new insight as to why that is. When we first started vacationing there (sometimes with our children and other times just the two of us) I knew that being outdoors and not having to worry about the usual daily issues (work, housework, cooking, etc.) helped us to relax and connect with each other and the children more. However, there is much more to it from a physical and energetic perspective.

Walking on a beach barefoot, swimming or wading in the ocean “grounds” you. Positive electrons in the form of free radicals can build up in our bodies and direct contact with the Earth, which has negative charges, balances this out. It reduces inflammation, pain stress, improves sleep, blood flow and lymphatic/venous return to the heart and improves mood. The water is much warmer in Hawaii so I enjoy snorkeling or wading. California water is too cold for my body.

The ocean has many healing properties. It contains trace minerals that help our body to function properly. It is high in magnesium which has a soothing effect on the mind, the nervous system, relaxes muscles and can improve sleep.

I believe, what makes Hawaii different from beaches in the US and Europe is its age and how active and raw the energy is here. The North American continent was formed about 1.8-2 billion years ago while the oldest Hawaiian island of Kauai was formed about 5 million years ago. Two of the islands still have active volcanoes and continue to shape the landscape and energy field of those islands. The energy seems stronger, yet calm in Hawaii compared to the continental US. One year we were on the big island while the volcano was flowing. Going to the volcano park and seeing the molten core come up and then run down to the sea was amazing. I felt so connected to the Earth. There have been many evenings when looking at the horizon I felt like I could see where the Earth energy and Universal energy met!

Also, many sea creatures seem so relaxed and more interactive in Hawaii. The sea turtles swam right next to me and when we encountered them sunbathing on the beach, their energy was calming to me. During the winter months we go whale watching on a pontoon boat which is very low on the water. Seeing them up close is an awe-inspiring experience. Whales frequently swim underneath the boat, making eye contact. They have a beautiful soul; I could see and feel their power yet the energy was that of a gentle giant.

All of the above combines to help my husband and me to reconnect with our Higher Self, calm the nervous system and promote physical healing in the body. If you have the opportunity to visit the islands, I highly recommend it. If you are not able to journey that far, go outside and ground yourself, receive HT sessions and do what ever helps you to reconnect with your spirit and body.

Have you ever awakened with a heavy heart even when your life is going well? When profound events happen in another part of the world, are you adversely affected ? You could be experiencing the emotions of someone you have a strong connection to or the collective consciousness of a large number of people anywhere in the world. The past few years have been especially difficult, and this year with the war in Ukraine and multiple shootings in the US, emotions are running high. The collective consciousness adversely affected me during the first year of the pandemic. I was experiencing feelings of depression that I knew were not mine. I was able to clear that once I knew it was not me feeling that way. Many people, especially energy practitioners, are sensitive to their environment and more susceptible to taking on energy that is not their own. The good news is you can change the way you feel and assist in shifting the collective consciousness!

Ancient teachings and now quantum physics tells us that everything is interconnected. We are one with all humankind, the animals, plants, nature and Earth. Our biofields are constantly interacting with the environment on a local and a global scale. What that means is if a large part of the population is experiencing a strong emotion, it may affect you personally because everything is part of the universal matrix.

I want to be clear. I am not saying you should not be angry or grieve when something happens to you or others close to you. I am talking about having feelings that you feel are not your own.

So what can you do to shift your energy, release what is not yours and positively affect the collective consciousness? First, become grounded and centered and ask yourself, “Is this feeling or thought mine?” If the answer is no, you can release it and send unconditional love to those people. Below are a few ways to release the energy:

Thank the energy for the information it has given you (many people are experiencing that emotion), and tell it to leave because it is not yours.

Send the energy back to which it came from. You can visualize the feeling as a color, wrap it up in a box or use any image that works for you. On your next exhalation, send it back to where it originated. It is not your energy, you cannot use it, but the collective can transform it.

You can cleanse your field by imagining a waterfall or shower coming down and clearing your field of all that is not serving you. You can inhale or brush essential oils through your energy field. Sage, peppermint or sweet orange are just a few that can help release negativity.

Another option is to receive one or more healing touch sessions to clear your field of all that isn’t serving you.

After completing one of the above, you can raise your vibration and assist those in need to do the same by sending Unconditional Love to them. You don’t have to know where they are located, nor does everyone need to be in 1 area; the energy is smart and will know where to go. Just hold the thought of sending Unconditional Love through intention, meditation, or prayer to whoever is in need at this time. Another option could be the heart meditation from the Level 2 Healing Touch notebook or the Hara Alignment Meditation from Level 3.

Remember every thought and action creates a vibration that affects the environment. Energy has no boundaries, and thought is a form of energy. So even though you are only one person, you can make a difference because we are all connected! I hope this helps you recognize and process thoughts and emotions that are not your own to live a healthier life.

Do you or someone you know find things to be grateful for even during challenging and stressful times?

Do you or someone you know seem to focus on what is missing or difficult despite many positive things in your/their life?

The first person comes from a place of gratitude and appreciation while the latter is about holding a grievance or anger.

There are multiple benefits to having a gratitude practice. Research suggests it can improve sleep1: decrease inflammatory markers and increase heart rate variability2: it can enhance your sense of well-being and provide interpersonal and emotional benefits3.

When we develop a sense of appreciation for those around us and cultivate a sense of gratitude for life itself, we are relieved of the burden that comes with seeing ourselves as ‘victims,’” writes Greg Krech in Gratitude, Grace and the Japanese Art of Self-Reflection.

Krech calls this state of appreciation “grace,” a term used in many religions. However, grace as a practice is not a belief as much as a shift in thinking. Or as Krech puts it: “It’s the difference between seeing life as an entitlement and seeing it as a gift.”

However it is practiced, gratitude isn’t a blindly optimistic approach in which the bad things in life are whitewashed or ignored. It’s more a matter of where we put our focus and attention. Yes, pain and injustice, and cruelty exist in this world. But when we focus on the gifts of life, we gain a feeling of well-being. We often feel more energized to reach out and help others; we feel we have some power to positively affect our world. This again leads to a feeling of well-being…and gratitude. It’s a self-sustaining cycle!

Here are some simple, effective gratitude practices. Find one or more that resonate with you and give it a try for at least 2 weeks and see how you feel.

Every evening, think of 1-3 things you are grateful for. You can write them down if you prefer.

Weekly, write down everything you are grateful for and see how you feel in your body. Notice how you feel emotionally as well as in your physical body.

Verbally express feelings of appreciation to loved ones or friends.

Remember someone that helped or influenced you like a teacher, mentor, co-worker, pet. Recall how they made you feel good.

I hope you find this helpful. I would l love to hear about your experience practicing gratitude.

This past April my family was presented with unexpected events that overwhelmed us. I am ecstatic that I had many friends that helped to support me emotionally and energetically to get me through it especially while in quarantine. I want to share my story, which has a happy ending, because I believe many of you can relate to it.

At the beginning of April my nephew, who was only 58, died unexpectedly (it was not COVID related). He had been healthy, active, going to work so this was a big shock to all of us. What made the situation worse was we were all in quarantine so we could not come together as a family to grieve. His daughter, who lost her mother over a decade ago to cancer, was devastated and I wanted to support her. Long phone calls and distance healing touch sessions ensued. My husband was very close to him so he became very reactive and had frantic energy about him. He did not want HT sessions, he wanted to deal with it his own way.

My nephew’s death didn’t feel real to me until we did a funeral via zoom. When I saw him in the coffin, when we watched him being entombed with my niece, then it felt real. Grief replaced the numbness and disbelief I had felt.

I also was feeling irritable, like intense, chaotic energy was surrounding me. I believe this was the energy of fear generated by COVID. Remember we are all connected and when a large number of people have the same emotion it is intensified. I am also aware my husband’s energy state was affecting me.

Sometimes, as a healer, I feel like I know so many self-care techniques I should be able to deal with issues on my own. Do you ever feel that way?

I did some HT self-care, used essential oils, did some earthing but what gave me the most support was receiving an HT treatment from my friend Jeri. We do an exchange with each other monthly. This calmed my nervous system and cleared away a lot of the irritable, chaotic energy. I could not have done that on my own in the state I was in.

Just when I was starting to feel somewhat normal again another death happened. My cousin, who was 59, was hospitalized with a blood infection and died a few days later. This death hit me even harder, she was my best friend. Again not being able to come together with the family added to my grief and made it harder to work through. I couldn’t think clearly, my heart was heavy, I was unmotivated to do any self-care except putting on oils occasionally. The week she died I couldn’t think about anything else. I couldn’t work, I could barely cook and do the basic things. My husband and daughter were supportive but they too were grieving and their energy was low. I realized I could not get out of this funk on my own so I reached out to friends in the healing touch community.

Many folks sent me healing energy and emailed or texted me condolences. I received 2 distance healing touch treatments in 1 week then weekly for 2 weeks and one two weeks later. That is what helped me to process my feelings and finally be able to get back on track with my life. By the last session, my chakras were open and my field was light and clear. I was working again and felt like I could talk about my cousin without bursting into tears.

If you would like some support with emotional or physical issues during these unusual times please contact me for a free consultation. Sometimes we just can’t do it alone no matter how much we know about self-care. You don’t have to suffer in silence or alone, reach out for assistance whether it be me, a counselor, reiki practitioner, naturopath, or other healthcare practitioners.

Many of us take a few moments around Thanksgiving to reflect on things we are grateful for but are you aware experiencing gratitude regularly has positive effects on your physical health and emotional well-being? Research studies have discovered some personality traits that have a strong correlation to grateful people and not so grateful people. There are also ways to cultivate gratitude, read on to learn more and take a quiz.

The strongest personality trait that correlates to grateful people is agreeableness followed by extroversion and spirituality (from article The Science of Gratitude: More Benefits Than Expected; 26 Studies and Counting) What are those traits? According to psychology today, “A person with the trait of agreeableness can be described as cooperative, polite, kind, and friendly. In addition, people high in this trait are more trusting, affectionate, altruistic, as well as other general prosocial behaviors. People high in this prosocial trait are particularly empathetic, showing great concern for the welfare of others, and being the first to help out those in need.

Extroverts are outgoing, energetic, talkative people that “recharge,” or draw energy, from being with other people, as opposed to being alone.”

Traits with strong negative correlations to gratitude were neuroticism (long-term tendency to be in a negative or anxious
emotional state), materialism and envy.

Do you take things for granted or are you truly grateful? Click here
to take the gratitude quiz!

Benefits of practicing gratitude:

You take better care of yourself, engage in more positive health behaviors such as regular exercise, healthy diet, regular physicals

Decreases stress – able to cope with daily problems easier

Feel more optimistic which fortifies immune system

Powerful ways to cultivate gratitude:

Daily think of 3
things you are grateful for – can be small like a great tasting cup of coffee
or major such as relative doing well after a serious surgery.

Journal what
you are grateful for daily or weekly

Write a letter
of gratitude to someone

Change your
perspective of a challenging situation to a more positive attitude. For example, a co-worker that “gets on your
nerves,” maybe teaching you patience.

Pain is a form of communication

The body, mind, and spirit are intricately interconnected, very complex and wise. Our body, mind, and spirit are constantly sending us messages about our health and well-being. Unfortunately, many of us don’t hear the messages it sends or we ignore them.

For example, when you get a headache do you:

stop and try to determine what is making your head hurt

take a Tylenol to suppress it and carry on

You’re already feeling stressed or overwhelmed and someone asks you to do something for them. You immediately feel a knot in your stomach. Do you:

ignore that feeling and say yes anyway

set boundaries and say no

negotiate a time frame that works for you

Pain is one way the body tells us something is out of balance. Many people come to me because they want to relieve a physical pain. After a few sessions, it becomes clear there are emotional components regardless if it started with a physical injury/accident or medical condition.

Others come with emotional or mental pain that has manifested in physical pain such as headaches from stress. By addressing the whole person – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – the root cause of the pain can be addressed resulting in deeper and long lasting pain relief. Medications can alleviate pain temporarily but not treat the actual cause.

One Client’s Story

This female client came to me with low back pain, she had a history of herniated disks in her lumbar spine and was wearing a back brace. After each session, her back pain significantly improved and I gave her essential oils to use at home to help manage the pain. After 3 visits she no longer needed to wear the back brace but the pain was still present at a lower intensity. I noticed a pattern in her energy field, her second chakra was always compromised at the beginning of the sessions.

The 2nd chakra has to do with relationships, feeling emotions, the stress response and the low back. I asked her to think about any relationships that were challenging in her life or if she was repressing any emotion toward someone. She shared with me a life event that had devastated her daughter. She was deeply concerned for her mental and emotional well-being. This occurred about 2 months earlier, which is when her back pain flared up.

So there were emotional and energetic components to her physical pain. First, she was stressed about her daughter. Stress causes muscle tension (which increases pain) and affects the way you think. Second, she was taking on some of her daughter’s energy which was at a lower vibration then her energy field. My client needed to support her daughter without taking on her energy or causing stress in herself.

We discussed a few strategies and agreed upon a couple she felt she could follow through with. Now we were working directly with the root cause of the pain.

After a few more sessions her back pain was mild, intermittent and she could easily manage it. Emotionally she felt more positive and better able to support her daughter. Her chakras were open and flowing at the beginning of the session. This tells me she was in a much more balanced state.

The Therapies

I love the integrative healing therapies I use because they address the whole person and I don’t need to know all the details.

Healing Touch was helping to release energy that was not her own as well as clearing congestion from her energy field. I did not need to know specifics about who was affecting her or why.

Essential oils were working on her physical body by decreasing inflammation and providing analgesic effects along with raising her vibration and uplifting her spirits before I knew what the emotional issues were.

Once we both became aware of the issue we could address it directly for faster results. However, if she had not shared her story with me the therapies are still effective, it just takes longer because the client is more passive.

If you’re experiencing pain and are interested in integrative therapies let’s talk! You have nothing to lose but your pain.
